Positive discipline: Champittet adheres

On February 4th, Champittet offered its parents, alumni and members of the education community, the opportunity to attend an introduction to positive discipline: a real success.

Agnès Buthaud, certified trainer, has allowed our 50 participants to discover the approach and some tools of positive discipline: a specific approach based on encouragement. The audience has shown great enthusiasm for the interactive presentation and exercises proposed by Agnès.

  • La discipline positive : Champittet adhère

The main message is that children learn better when they feel good about themselves. Positive discipline concretely helps parents establish a healthy and balanced relationship with their children based on solutions found together.

The aim is to guide the child toward collaboration by helping him or her discover abilities and gain a sense of importance and belonging: the basics that will make the child a fulfilled adult, involved and engaged within its community.

The Collège hopes that participants will make successful use of these tools and tips.
