First broadcasting for Champi FM !

The radio station of the Collège, Champi FM, went on air for the first time ! It is a group of around ten students of 8th grade who were lucky enough to inaugurate this new project. They prepared the broadcasting’s programme during class with their teacher and initiator of the project, Mrs. Déborah Robert, and then finalised all the details at home. Before they went live, they worked on their diction to avoid any confusion. They did so with a lot of motivation: indeed, this project creates a lot of enthusiasm and students love to work on it. But it is not only fun, it also has an interesting educational background. Students learn to work in a team and train their language skills while getting initiated to media, information and communication sciences. Last but not least the content of each section of the programme for which students need to do research on various topics represent an important aspect of the project. Thus it is entertaining but also highly instructive. What a promising start for Champi FM! You may listen to the broadcastings live on, on Thursdays at 11 AM, Fridays at 5 PM and Sundays at 1 PM or click here to access the podcasts
