All teachers, learning support teachers and regular educators, are responsible for meeting the needs of all students and must be proactive in achieving this. The first instance of support for students is inside the regular classroom in collaboration with the LSS teachers. CDS has a team of support teachers who work closely with the principal, counsellors, and classroom teachers to lead the process that meets the students where they are and provides the support required for them to learn and progress.
