How to apply to our school

Families apply to join Nord Anglia School Jakarta from all over the world, so we try to make our application process as simple and easy as possible. Whether your family is currently in Indonesia, or you’re enrolling your child from abroad, a member of our Admissions Team is always available should you have any queries or need assistance with any stage of the process.

     Help us to get to know you by providing the following information about your child: 

  • Full Name 

  • Date of Birth 

  • Nationality 

  • Expected date of admission 

   ` Following this, the school will confirm the Year Group and availability.  



Your family is invited to explore the Nord Anglia School Jakarta campus on a guided tour. If you cannot attend in person, or school campuses are temporarily closed, we offer an online visit, our Virtual Discovery Meeting (VDM). The school visit consists of a half hour campus tour led by our Admissions Officer followed by the opportunity to meet and talk with our school Principal. Bookings are required.



Email to admissions@nasjakarta.sch.id with the following documents: 

  1. Completed application form with signatures (one for each child). 

  1. Copy of the parents’ and children’s passports (identity pages only). 

  1. Copy of KITAS (Limited Stay Permit / Working Permit Visa) or DINAS (Diplomatic Visa Holders) of both parents and child (if not available yet, these can be submitted at a later date). 

  1. Digital photograph of both parents and child (taken within last 6 months). 

  1. Most recent copy of immunization records. 

  1. Copy of the latest school report card of the last two school years (if appropriate). 

  1. Report (grade) cards if your child has previously required any form of additional educational or emotional support, plus copies of any documentation that will help us to determine the level of support they will then require at Nord Anglia School Jakarta (if appropriate). 

At this stage, we charge a non-refundable Application Fee of IDR 4,240,000 per child   upon submission of an application form to the school. The payment can be made by bank transfer or bank card machine at school.  



Our academic staff will review your application and you can expect a response from our Admissions Officer within 48 hours of submission. We are a highly inclusive community and anticipate welcoming all young learners into our school whenever possible. 



To complete the admission process, Nord Anglia School Jakarta will: 

  • Provide a Letter of Acceptance (LOA). 

  • Send an invoice for the Enrolment / Tuition Fee. To reserve a place for your child, payments must be made within two weeks of receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). 



Things to do at the final stage of admission: 

  • Parents need to complete our Emergency Contact & Medical Consent Form. 

  • A Meet and Greet session with the classroom teacher. This is an opportunity for you and your child to meet with the new class teacher, so that you can get to know each other.
  • Parents will receive the Nord Anglia School Jakarta learning platforms’ account details with passwords. 

  • We will add you to the school’s mailing list for newsletters and other school information, so that you can keep up to date. 

  • Prepare for your family to receive Family ID Cards to enter the school.
