Atidtan Kindergarten and Nursery

The Regents boarding girls recently visited their community partners Atidtan Kindergarten and Nursery in Kilo Sip, Sattahip.Our community partner in Sattahip.

We always look forward to seeing Khun Ann and her team of caring teachers and staff. They run a very happy establishment where the children are well cared for and safe. Without parents and family of their own for support, Khun Ann provides a friendly and supportive safe haven with educational, play and boarding facilities. As with the running of any school and home there are costs to be met and at Atidtan Kindergarten they are very appreciative of support in any form. We took our humble donations of food and basic provisions and a few extra all purchased from a local value supermarket. There was great excitement when we shared together in a treat of yummy cookies. There were smiling faces when the children discovered the new themed toothbrushes and strawberry toothpaste. An education for us being introduced to the cartoon character ‘Lightning McQueen’.

It was very hard to say goodbye after an afternoon of play and fun together. It was made easier knowing how happy all the children are in the capable hands of Khun Ann. Next term we hope to visit again after collecting donations to do our small bit towards supporting a very worthy cause of our friends in Sattahip.
