The 16 Chinese Parents who hosted the Parent Supporters Group (PSG) Cooking Class this month taught everybody how to make tasty dumplings and glutinous rice balls and also to celebrate Chinese New Year!

The Chinese parents introduced Chinese New Year and the Spring Festival Culture first, and then showed us how to make the traditional food.

Sarah, the School Principal at Regents International School Pattaya also joined the cooking class and tried the Chinese Food. She really appreciated and thanked all the Chinese parents who had supported and helped this cooking class event.

It was a fantastic experience and an unforgettable memory. It's a great way to learn about another culture, meet other parents and learn how to make really delicious food - just one of the great things about our truly diverse community!
