Pleased to Meet You...Michelle Liu

11 March 2014

This week we spoke to Michelle Liu, Assistant Head of Academic Support.

  • How long have you been working at BISS Puxi? I have been working here since the school opened in 2004.
  • What do you enjoy about working at our school? I love meeting parents and students from different countries and helping them get settled into the school, including specifically getting them comfortable with our bus runs. When I was a Learning Assistant in my first few years at BISS Puxi, I enjoyed working in class and seeing all the progress the children made.
  • What is your favourite thing to do in Shanghai? Walking along the tree lined streets in the Former French Concession with my husband and my daughter is my favourite thing at the weekends.
  • What was your favourite subject when you were at school? Geography was my favourite subject. I love reading maps since I was little.
