International Food Evening
Last Saturday night over 400 BISS Puxi parents and friends came together at the school for the annual PTA International Food Evening. There were 18 country tables all displaying an amazing array of food and drink from around the world. It was a fantastic night, enjoyed by all who came. A big thank you to all the country coordinators and cooks who made this night so special!
International Week in Primary
The children in the primary school have also enjoyed experiencing wonderful food from around the globe during International Week this week!
The primary theatre was transformed, with beautifully decorated tables full of delicious dishes and treats for the children. There were smiling faces all around, looking at all the different food on offer. The children loved it and had a ball.
There were 20 countries represented, all with amazing crews. A big thank you from the PTA to all the country coordinators and parents involved who made such a huge effort to give the children the chance to have a culinary tour of the world. All of the work put in is the expression of our love for our kids and they definitely all appreciated it!
News and Views Meeting
The PTA will be holding a News and Views meeting in the Primary Theatre on Tuesday 15 April at 8:45am, where we will be updating you on what has been going on this year so far, reporting on our charitable giving programme and the results of our recent survey, as well as listening to your ideas on how we can strengthen our parent and teacher community. Everyone is welcome to attend, and we look forward to seeing you there!
And finally…. The PTA wishes everybody a safe and relaxing break! See you next term!
