Native Language Programme Information Sessions

11 September 2014

We would like to invite parents of French, Spanish, German and Mandarin speaking children to our native language information sessions which start next week.

These meetings are a chance to meet the language teams involved in the native programme and for us to hear your views on what you feel is working, any concerns you have and to discuss where you would like to see changes.

As Head of Global Languages, my role is to work with you and the native language teams to review the curriculum and look to see how we can best meet your needs.

The sessions will all take place at 8:45am – 10am in Stage One in the primary school on the following days:

Tuesday 16 September: German parents
Wednesday 17 September: Spanish parents
Thursday 18 September: French parents
Tuesday 23 September: Chinese primary parents
Thursday 25 September: Chinese secondary parents

I look forward to meeting you all.

- Fiona McConnon, Assistant Head, Global Languages
