Primary Elects New School Councillors

13 October 2015

Yesterday, Primary officially announced the names of the school councillors for this year and had their first meeting.

  • Primary School Councillors 2015/2016

The pupils had to write a manifesto which they presented in front of their class with a representative then chosen for that class. We have councillors from year groups 4, 5 and 6 and throughout the year, pupils will be helping with different events. Most of these events will be centred around charity and fundraising initiatives and in particular, the Giving Tree.

The council provides a platform for students to air their voice and put forward ideas from themselves and their fellow classmates.

Here is a list of this year’s members.

Congratulations to all.
