BISS Puxi Presents-String Showcase with The Juilliard School

09 March 2016

Parents and students are invited to a special ‘String Showcase with The Juilliard School’ event next week.

  • Juilliard

The performance will take place on Thursday 17 March at 6pm in the Secondary Auditorium and is the latest exciting experience from the Juilliard-Nord Anglia Education Performing Arts Programme.

Our visiting teaching artist, Andrea Lee, will be returning to the school to work with select students, music staff and as part of her visit, this evening event will showcase and celebrate our fabulous String players.

This is a fantastic opportunity to not only engage with our visiting teaching artist from The Juilliard School, but also to learn more about our String Programme within the school and listen to a range of performances from students in Primary and Secondary.

The event will include performances from our Junior Strings, Senior Strings, as well as some smaller ensembles and solo performers. Andrea Lee, a Cellist from The Juilliard School, will also be performing and talking about her experiences.

Entry to the event is free but parents are highly encouraged to register their interest in attending the event by emailing here
