Christmas Fair

30 October 2017

The Parent Event Team, with the support of the Year 12 CAS student leadership team, are very pleased to invite you to this year’s Christmas Fair.

  • christmas fair

The fair will take place on Saturday 2nd December from 11am to 3pm in the Primary School. Come and enjoy seasonal games, food and fun for the whole family, and an opportunity to do some Christmas Shopping from a wonderful assortment of vendors. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Indochina Starfish Foundation which supports street children in Phnom Penh. The CAS students will be going out to Cambodia next year to work with this charity and see the donation put to good use.

There is a small entry charge of 30 RMB for all students and guests 18 or under. This covers all CAS student run games on the day. To save time at the event, we suggest pre-ordering your tickets (wristbands) by following the link below or by completing the form sent home with your child, however these will also be available on the day.  Adults are free; please do remember to wear your smart ID card lanyards to ensure access to the school grounds.

YOOPAY: Pre-order and pay for your wristbands online.

There will be plenty of delicious food and drink on sale as well as vendors selling all sorts of things to help you with your Christmas shopping. All PET sales are in cash, some vendors may accept we chat.

The CAS students will run the Christmas Charity Raffle this year. Raffle tickets will be sold in the run up to the event outside the Primary School and can also be bought on the day. Tickets will cost 25 RMB for 1 or 5 for 100 RMB and there will be some great prizes! The Charity Raffle winners will be drawn during the event.  If you would like to sponsor a raffle prize for this event then please contact

The CAS students will also be running a Bake Sale and second hand books and toys sale, so are looking for donations. If you are able to help with the Bake Sale, please complete the form sent home with your child. Any donations to the toy and book stall should be left in the boxes at the reception desks.

A handful of parent volunteers will be needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you can help, please return the slip sent home with your child to school or contact us at

Thank you for your support. We look forward to a fantastic day!
