Weekly update from Head of Primary

Dear Parents,

It has been another wonderful week in Primary school. As the weeks continue, we are enjoying more events and familiar activities. Last Friday saw the return of our Phase assemblies; it was brilliant having all the students back face to face and celebrating their achievements together.

We have also seen the return of parents for in-person Parents Vietnamese lessons delivered by Ms. Hop and Ms. Mi, Parent Bookclub led by Ms. Hall, our librarian. This morning the parents of the semifinalists in the Talent Show were enjoying the live performances in EYC. We always love having parents coming into school to engage in the children’s learning, for workshops and also to further their own learning. More events are scheduled over the final weeks of this term. Please keep an eye on a date for House Sports, Stay and Play, Shared Learning and our Year 6 Leavers assembly.

This week is the turn of Year 6 for their Spotlight on learning.

Primary Learning Highlight

Year 6s have been enjoying their interesting activities at school, ranging from calculating and matching the perimeter of compound shapes to competing in sports on the football field as part of their IPC topic.
