Mary Gordon

Learning Support Teacher

Bachelor of Arts International (Hons) French & Psychological Studies, NUI Galway

Professional Diploma in Education (Hons) in French and Civic, Social & Political Education, NUI Galway

Mary has worked in a variety of schools both in Ireland and abroad since graduating with an International Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Studies and French from NUI Galway. During this time, she has worked closely with students with specific educational needs both inside and outside the mainstream classroom. She is passionate about setting personal goals with students and facilitating the mastering of them in a safe environment.

She has a strong interest in international education having worked in an international boarding school in Switzerland during the past 8 summers. She has lived and worked abroad in France, Canada, Belgium and Reunion Island. Mary enjoys travelling, learning languages and meeting new people. During her free time, Mary enjoys playing sports including basketball and Gaelic football.
