Two of our students have made headlines this month for their outstanding accomplishments. Jorge García Lamelas in Grade 8 and Carolina Lopez-Chacarra in Grade 12 have made all of us at ICS extremely proud!
Jorge García Lamelas is a dancer, actor, musician and all-around artist, and earlier this month, he made it to the final round of the TV show Prodigios. We were cheering him on, and were elated when he won the dance category!
Golfer Carolina Lopez-Chacarra shone in the Madrid Female Golf Championship, where she took home the grand prize. Among her many achievements, Carolina is the highest-ranking Spaniard in the World Amateur Golf Ranking’s list of female amateur golfers. While Carolina will leave us this year with the rest of the ICS Class of 2021, we wish her the best and know that a bright future awaits.
