Speak Up - Internal Information Channel (Spain)
In accordance with Law 2/2023, we have implemented an internal information system that allows individuals to report certain legal breaches in a secure and confidential manner.
Who can use this channel?
The channel is available to individuals in a professional or work-related context with our organisation, including employees, former employees, candidates, contractors, suppliers and other related persons.
What can be reported?
This channel may be used to report information relating to:
- Criminal offences
- Serious or very serious administrative infringements
- Breaches of European Union law
How to report
Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

- In person: A meeting may be requested through the above channels and will be arranged within a maximum period of 7 days.
Reports may be made confidentially or anonymously.
Protection of the informant
Individuals who report information in accordance with Law 2/2023 are entitled to protection against retaliation. The identity of the informant will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable law.
External channels
Information may also be reported to the Independent Authority for the Protection of Informants or other competent authorities.
