Deputy Head of Primary

BA Early Years & Education with QTS, University of Chichester, UK


Kate Fitzpatrick graduated from Chichester University in 2002 with a degree in Early Childhood Education with Qualified Teacher Status.  

Kate taught in London for 10 years and Melbourne for 3 years before moving to Vietnam in 2014 to work at BIS Hanoi. Kate joined the Senior Leadership team at BIS in 2016 and successfully completed the Nord Anglia Senior Leadership program in 2017. She is currently a tutor for the Nord Anglia Middle Leadership program and is committed to developing professional learning for teachers. Taking an active role as part of a community is important to Kate and she values the opportunity to work closely with parents and families at BIS Hanoi.

In her spare time Kate enjoys being ambitious and taking on new challenges. Since moving to Vietnam she has participated in a variety of triathlons, runs and long distance cycles.
