The Physical Education classes have been extremely busy and, whether the kids know it or not, they have been enhancing their skills and learning teamwork, cooperation, problem solving and other essential skills while enjoying activities with the their classmates.
When it’s a nice weather day, Kindergarten students head to the forest and the upper field, with proper warm-up, different movement drills, jogging on the grass route, then we head to the track where we are working on the fundament skills for track and field. During our play time we add mini freebee catch and throw games, which is great for hand-eye coordination. When it’s not a good weather day PK, JK and SK class will keep on playing with fun indoor activities with air filter on all the time. We like to move it, move it in a safe and healthy environment.
