Our School hosted, this past weekend, regional Cambridge International Education IGCSE workshops for 70 teachers, including seven of our own upper Primary and Secondary teachers. The workshops were on:

Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives
Cambridge IGCSE First Language Chinese
Cambridge IGCSE Art and Design
Cambridge IGCSE ICT
Cambridge IGCSE International Mathematics

The courses were for teachers who have some experience of teaching Cambridge syllabuses and were looking for further help in their understanding of a specific area, as well as support in improving their classroom practice. For more information on Cambridge IGCSEs, please click here.

At the same time, our Nord Anglia University Asia Campus provided a workshop on "Differentiation in the classroom" for local teachers. This was the 3rd workshop offered as part of an agreement between Nord Anglia Education and the Education Bureau to provide continual practical training for teachers in local Hong Kong schools.
