We are extremely proud of our first IB cohort, 100% of whom have received offers from their first choice of University. These include top HK universities such as HKUST as well as the UK Russell Group universities of Bristol, Durham & York. Our first IB Art’s graduate has been accepted into University of Arts in London which is in the top three institutions in the world for Art and Design.

Our first cohort of IB Diploma students in Year 13 have started to receive university offers from around the world. They are a wonderful group who have applied for a wide range of courses, including Psychology, Computer Science, International Relations, Business and Marketing. Offers have been received from top institutions in Hong Kong, such as HKUST and CityU, as well in the UK, including Durham and Bristol, both of which are in the UK top ten universities. One of our students is delighted to have received an offer from the University of the Arts London, which ranks in the top three institutions in the world for Art and Design. We have also received offers from Monash University in Australia and Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. Offers are still coming in and we are waiting for more responses from the US and Canada.

Our Year 12 students have started the process of preparing for their university and college applications, which they will submit next year. They are being guided and supported in this important process by our Higher Education specialists. This preparation includes one-to-one interviews and personal advice on choices and destinations, as well as guidance on individual research. Year 12 students will also receive support with writing their applications and preparing for interviews. On 3rd May, they will have the opportunity to attend a webinar with a representative from the University of Bath, who will provide advice on writing strong university personal statements.

We are very proud and impressed by the effort our students have put into their Higher Education plans, and as delighted as they are with the offers have received so far. Our thanks go to our dedicated Secondary team who have supported our Diploma students every step of the way.
