NAIS Pudong Scholarships
14 delegates, one committee president, three co-presidents and two MUN directors headed off early this morning to SAS Puxi for the SHAMUN Conference.
Despite most of the delegates being new to MUN, they were all excited and looking forward to debate on the theme of “Renewing and Reconstructing”. During the opening ceremony all the delegates were addressed by the SHAMUN Secretary General, SAS Head of Secondary and the Keynote Speaker, Dr. Indra Ravindran, a Professor at Shanghai International Studies University. We look forward to two days of intense debating, lobbying and collaboration.
At Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong (NAIS), we believe firmly that every child has the potential to become a confident communicator and writer. Across Early Years and Primary, and leading into our Key Stage 3 transition, we utilise the Talk for Writing approach to accelerate our students’ progress in reading and writing and, crucially, in their speaking and listening.
