The Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong community came together for a fantastic Community Sports Morning with our Early Years, Primary Years and their parents. Filled with energy and excitement, the day started bright and early, with Primary students beginning the activities first, followed by our EY children shortly after.
Students competed in three different colour teams across ten exciting stations. What stood out most was the determination shown by all students - many only wanted to stop briefly for a drink of water before eagerly returning to the games and activities.

To round out the morning, the whole school gathered on the track for year-group races. Our youngest learners completed shorter races, while the older students challenged themselves with longer distances. Every student gave their very best effort, showing resilience, courage, and sportsmanship. The final event - the teachers’ race - was the perfect ending. Classes cheered loudly for their teachers, creating an amazing atmosphere around the track.

Parents also played a special part in the event. It was wonderful to see so many families cheering on our students and enjoying the community spirit. Mums raced against mums, dads against dads, bringing even more excitement and laughter to the morning.
Thank you to our classroom teachers and Years 8 and 9 students for an outstanding job supporting and encouraging the our students throughout the event.
