An Invitation to a Cool Night Raising Funds for Tanzania!

04 november 2015

Next Thursday 12 November, we are holding a Pub Quiz and Charity Silent Auction in order to raise our final funds for our Tanzanian charity, Seeway.

  • Tanzania Fundraising

From 7.30 pm at Cool Britannia in the Fashion Mall in Huacao Town, teams will gather to compete against each other with great prizes up for grabs donated kindly from Cool Britannia.

Alongside the quiz, you will be able to bid on some great lots that have been donated to us from parents, teachers and friends. Included in the lots are a chance to babysit a tarantula, a Land Rover Driving Experience and a homemade cake baked for you.

The money raised will go towards community work we do at the Kitefu Primary School in Tanzania when we depart next week. This is a school that we visited last year and the excess money we raised on the previous trip has already built a new secure fence around the school. On the 15 November, we return there to help improve the environment of the school and the teachers’ accommodation.

Please contact Miss Rudd to reserve a table for your team or if you would like to donate anything to our auction.
