The graduating class of 2015 achieved an average Diploma score of 35 points, compared with a global average of less than 30. One of our students scored 44 out of 45 and another two students gained scores of 43. A total of 25% of the cohort achieved marks of 40 points or better - five times the global average of 5%.
“We are all delighted with the outstanding results that our students have achieved again this year in the IB Diploma programme. I have always been impressed by those who set high standards for themselves, but even more impressed by people like our students and staff who maintain these standards of attainment over an extended period of time”. Kevin Foyle, Principal
These results are a testament to BISS Puxi’s modern research based approach to teaching and learning, from which all our students benefit, and, as a result, our students are well prepared to move on to study a variety of academic disciplines at prestigious universities across the world, this year including Oxford, Duke, Carnegie Mellon, Hong Kong, Middlebury and King’s College London.
