KS1/2 New Parents Literacy and Maths Workshop

We would like to invite you to our (New) Parent Workshop on Tuesday 12 January 2016 from 8.45am to 9.30am at Stage One.

This workshop is an opportunity for you to come and learn more about the different approaches we use to teach Literacy and Maths. You will learn more about:

·         the curriculum

·         teaching  and learning strategies used

·         how each student is challenged and supported to achieve their best

·         how student progress is assessed and monitored

·         how parents can support children’s learning at home

While this workshop is targeted at new parents, returning parents are also welcome to come along and find out more. We will try to answer any general questions about Maths or Literacy, but specific questions related to your child should be directed towards their class teacher. We hope you can join us for this workshop and look forward to seeing you there.
