Adam began studying Marine and Natural History Photography at Falmouth University in 2012. The subject of his degree is specific and unusual, as well as, being a topic quite personal to him. Exploring the world through a lens, large or small, enabled him to appreciate the world we have and the importance of preserving and protecting it.
Adam continued his studies at Greenwich University, completing his PGCE in Primary Education. Since then, he has taught in South East London as a Year 3 and Year 6 teacher, and as an Art and Design Subject Lead. His decision to join the team at BISS Puxi and move to Shanghai comes from his enthusiasm for teaching and exploring. He is very excited to be a part of a driven and ambitious team.
Adam has always been an adventurous person; this seems to come across in most aspects of his life. He enjoys outdoor sports and is a keen surfer back in the UK. In the future, Adam hopes to travel to some surf spots in South East Asia. He has also kept his passion for photography alive through his travels and aims to continue this in Shanghai, possibly sharing some skills with the children he teaches.
