Nicholas completed his PGCE course at Goldsmiths College, University of London and worked for six years, teaching in two different London schools where he developed an investigative approach to teaching Mathematics. His most recent post before coming to BISS was working for three years as a Mathematics teacher at an international school in Malawi, Africa.
After university, Nicholas spent time cycling through France and Italy working on organic farms, combining two of his greatest passions; cycling and food. He has spent many of his summer holidays since, cycling major climbs in the Pyrenees, Alps, and Rocky Mountains. Travelling has always been a big interest and has found Nicholas working internationally to be a great inspiration for his students.
