We are surely going to try and squeeze a lot of fun and fabulous learning into those ten weeks however and the students here at Sanlitun have got some amazing experiences to look forward to. Our children in KS2 will be taking part in their summer term residentials, beginning next week with Year 5 who are off to Xi’an. Year 1 have their upcoming performance that they are preparing for and Year 2 have an exciting sleepover at school to plan. Reception students are planning some fun visits to support the topics they are learning about including the fire station and the botanical gardens and our youngest students in the Early Years Campus are also preparing for a performance that they will share with their parents.
Across the school, the class projects for the upcoming Art Auction are well underway and we look forward to sharing these with you soon – we’re hoping for some high bidders! We will also be ending the year with a family BBQ hosted by the school to say a huge thank you for all the support you have given us this year and to celebrate the end of which I’m sure will have been a very successful year.
But wait… before I start talking about the end of the year, let us enjoy and make the most of the ten weeks we have left – I hope you enjoy hearing about them in the weeks to come.
