Dear Parents and Teachers,
The Parents’ Association would like to invite you to join us for our first family event of the year – the Welcome Party. It is a great opportunity for you and your children to meet lots of new faces and catch up with old friends. There will be dinner, a popcorn stand, a disco, lots of entertainment for the children and plenty of opportunities for the children to play with their friends.
Tickets are 100rmb per adult, and 50rmb for children under 16 years old – This includes all. Drinks are payable separately. To buy tickets for the event please download and fill in the attached form, place it in an envelope (clearly labeled ‘PA Welcome Party’) with the correct amount of money (change and refunds cannot be given) and send it into school in your child’s bag.
PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A TICKET FOR THIS EVENT. WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT PLEASE ‘SIGN IN’ AT THE SCHOOL SIDE ENTRANCE, WHERE THERE WILL BE A LIST OF EVERYONE WHO HAS PURCHASED TICKETS.
