Gymnastics helps build self-morale, determination, and better communication skills. Participating in gymnastics from a young age is important. It targets all muscle groups for total-body strength and flexibility. In our gymnastics lessons, the children have been collaborating in pairs to assess, help and encourage each other to perform to their best ability. So far, they have learned the rebound jumps, tucked dish, back support, straddle sit, arch and front support. We are all excited to continue our gymnastics body management journey and complete the full 9-step routine!
