Students Sell Cookies for a Cause Way to go, National Junior Honor Society! Members raised $450 for Operation Gratitude in a successful bake sale.

Way to go, National Junior Honor Society! Members recently organized a successful bake sale during the Secondary Holiday Concert to benefit Operation Gratitude. After the final count, we are pleased to announce we raised more than $450.

Operation Gratitude is a nonprofit organization that each year sends 150,000+ care packages filled with snacks, entertainment, hygiene and handmade items, plus personal letters of appreciation, to new military recruits, veterans, first responders, wounded warriors, caregivers and U.S. service members deployed overseas. The packages aim to lift their spirits and meet the evolving needs of our active duty and veteran communities, and provide volunteer opportunities for all Americans to express their appreciation to members of themilitary.

Thanks to everyone who purchased an item or donated to the cause.
