Timing isn’t always everything. As an international school, BISC South Loop always reserves spaces for relocating families that may not have a chance to start the admissions process until after the traditional admissions cycle has concluded.
What is rolling admissions?
Rolling admissions means we accept applications after the deadline as long as spaces are available. Admissions decisions are made as soon as a family has completed the application process. Enrollment is managed on a first come, first served basis.
This differs from the traditional admissions calendar, which requires applicants to complete the process by set deadlines. All admissions decisions are released at the same time as opposed to individually.
Do you have spaces for the 2016-17 school year?
Yes! We currently have spaces in all year groups, Nursery through Year 13. We are more limited in some year groups than others—feel free to inquire with the Admissions Office about availability in your child’s year group.
Are you still offering tours of the school?
Yes! We offer group tours on select Wednesdays. You do not need to tour before applying.
How do I apply?
Once we receive your application, our Admissions Team will contact you about next steps. For detailed, grade-specific admissions process checklists, read more on our website.
I just applied! How quickly can I expect an admissions decision?
This is largely up to you—we can move as quickly as you can. As long as space is available, we can issue a decision within five to 10 business days after completion of the admissions process.
