Our students are part of more than just one school. They join Nord Anglia Education’s Global Campus, connecting them with friends in 42 international schools around the world. The latest Global Campus Challenge asked students to “Think Outside the Bucket” and perform a cappella bucket drumming somewhere that reflects the school’s environment and location.
Our students took to the streets of Chicago, drumming in front of some serious landmarks, like the Bean and Grant Park. Click above to watch the video.
We’re proud to announce we won “Best Use of Location” for Nord Anglia's North America region!
The challenge, presented as part of The Juilliard-Nord Anglia Performing Arts Program, was judged by percussionist and educator Justin Hines. Mr. Hines has performed and toured internationally with professional ensembles and on Broadway. He’s composition mentor for the New York Philharmonic’s Very Young Composers program and on the teaching faculty of New York University.
