Winter Fair

We, the Year 12 student body, cordially invite you to the Tanzania Winter Fair at the South Loop campus on Monday November 26, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

The fair is a fundraising opportunity to benefit those we help on our expedition to Tanzania in December. Come join us for an afternoon of winter fun and festivities, with music, games, and much more!

All of the profits from the Winter Fair will go directly to funding the materials needed for the volunteer work we do in Tanzania. These materials allow us to aid disadvantaged families and communities who lack basic utilities such as electricity and a safe place to heat their meals. A large portion of the funds also goes to the local schools for classroom supplies and building materials.

Here's a reminder of where the fundraising money went last year:

  • Building school desks
  • Building a new nursery school for children with disabilities
  • Building goats sheds
  • Installing solar panels

By being a patron of our Winter Fair, you would be aiding us in our mission to help improve the lives of those families who lack the resources that we have become so accustomed to on a day-to-day basis, so come on down, and get ready for some Winter fun!
