Whenever people ask what the PE team at BSN truly enjoy doing, the answer revolves around movement. There are no specific kinds of movement that we enjoy, just sports, sports, and more sports, as they provide the biggest return on investment, both mentally and physically. Participating in sports, interacting with others, however, may not be everyone’s cup of tea. First and foremost, you have to get out there and find what makes you happy!
Long story short, we all need to move more AND move better. Your body is amazing, and it was designed for movement.
