Students at BSN, part of the global Nord Anglia Education family of schools, are celebrating after receiving their A-levels results this week.

BSN’s students achieved superb results, continuing the 100% pass rate of the last few years. Students at BSN sat 24 A-levels in total, in subjects ranging from Maths to Art, Accounting to Chinese, with 92% of the grades being in the highest A*/A bracket and a phenomenal 75% being awarded the highest possible A* grade – compared to an average of 19% in the UK – meaning all our students achieved the grades needed to meet their offers for further study at some of the most prestigious institutions in the world, including Cambridge University and King’s College London in the UK.

Mr Matthew Shephard, Principal at BSN said:

“We are absolutely delighted with this year’s A-level results. Our record has been second-to-none over the last few years with students from BSN consistently getting the top grades and going to the world’s best universities, but the numbers only tell one part of the story. Our students have achieved these results against the background of the pandemic. They have had to build not only knowledge, but the ability to organise their own learning and the drive to keep working independently at times, and the resilience to know that it will be worth it if they persevere. These are the essential skills they’ll be taking with them as they go on to higher education. I have no doubts that our graduates will be some of the best-equipped students of their generation and the A-level results they have are validation of that.”

Chris in Year 13 , who' s celebrating with 3 A* grades in A-level Maths, Accounting and Chinese, said:

" I was literally so excited when I first received my grades. When I calmed down, I really felt thankful for my teachers and myself as our hard work finally paid off. These A* grades do not just allow me to enter my dream university, King's College London to study Accounting and Finance, but also made me believe in myself more".

While Tim in Year 12, after receiving today his 3 A* grades said :

"I felt elated after getting my A-Level grades. A* is not only the best possible grade, but also motivates me to work harder. My advise for anyone who aims high is to work with a good attitude".

Congratulations to Chris, Tim and all our A-level students and teachers for these amazing results!
