Job Vacancies

Country Day School endeavors to employ a dynamic, effective well-qualified and efficient staff to carry out a constantly improving educational program.  To this end, the school will recruit, select, employ and retain the best-qualified personnel available to achieve our stated goals and objectives. 

Teacher applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), a valid teaching certificate, license in the content area or General Education, and previous teaching experience. New employees shall complete a full application for employment and submit along with the corresponding qualification documents; which include a resume, transcripts, degrees, and teaching certification.

Candidates must be prepared to undergo legally permissible background screening as part of the application process, including but not limited to criminal background and/or fingerprint checks, reference checks, etc., to be considered for a position in our school.

    Teaching Responsibilities: As a High School English Language Arts Teacher you will be required to teach clear engaging lessons and provide high-standard instruction to students in Language Arts, Advanced Placement, UbD curriculum design, Google Classroom, and Atlas curriculum mapping.

    The elementary school counselor is our champion for social-emotional education and student wellbeing in the elementary school. The counselor works in congruence with the Elementary Principal, the Student Support Team, and classroom teachers to ensure a positive, and respectful school culture in the elementary house.
