Samantha Healy

I graduated from the University of Durham in 2001 with a BA (hons) in Japanese, then gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law at Chester College of Law, following which I completed Postgraduate teacher training at Liverpool Hope University.

After completing my postgraduate teacher training at Liverpool Hope University and gaining a variety of experience teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2, I embarked on my international teaching career with Nord Anglia and relocated to the UAE in 2012.

I have spent four wonderful years teaching at the British International School of Abu Dhabi and I have really made the UAE my home. This will be my second year at Nord Anglia International School Dubai and I am excited to meet my new class.

One of my hobbies is travelling, I love exploring different cultures and learning languages. Some of my favourite countries I visited have been Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and the Maldives.
