Our Weekly Stars and Class 3C's Assembly In Primary assembly, our pupils learnt about different weather and countries and in Secondary assembly, our students learnt about Tootoot and iPad etiquette.

Congratulations to our Primary Stars of the Week chosen by their teachers for being the most ambitious in their learning. As a school we encourage our pupils to "Be Ambitious" about what they want to achieve for themselves. Our Stars are: 

Year 1: Biel Bertran Molinas, Dave Wu, Rinnosuke Konishi, Purssa Hornsby, Alicia Ying

Year 2: Sebastien Jerga, Eric Chee, Gypsy Hignett, Frederick Cary, Esme McFee

Year 3: Yasmin Merrill, Serena Lau, Sasha Parsons, Hinston Lee, Anita Chung

Year 4: Amely Qiu, Eugene Li, Rylan Holt, Jonathan Ring, Alison Woo

Year 5: Marcus Chung, Carrie Stevenson, Matthew Ip, Elijah Herron

Year 6: Ebee Lee, Katie Lam, Sofia Gonzalez

Class 3C put on a fabulous assembly about different weather and countries. They read out some of their wonderful poems they have been writing over the past week as part of the Year 3 curriculum including acrostic, Haiku and cinaquains. Thank you to Mr. Stephen Holt and his class!

In the Secondary assembly, Mr. D. Boyd talked about Tootoot which is a way our students can tell their teachers about bullying or if they are worried about a friend, and they can do this anonymously if they want to. More details are on Firefly under the House section. Also, he discussed iPad etiquette, and why students must remember that talking and communicating directly to their peers and people around them is just as important.
