Battle of the Books - Primary & Secondary

  • Primary BOB
  • Primary BOB
  • Secondary BOB
  • Secondary BOB

Our Primary Battle of the Books team went to Kowloon Junior School yesterday. Mrs. Charlier said, "The team enjoyed a gripping first appearance at the HK Battle of the Books. It was an excellent experience for the children and has exposed them to a wide range of authors that they may not have otherwise chosen. Although we didn't progress to the next round, our team enjoyed the thrill of the competition and had some excellent rounds. We have learned a lot and are looking forward starting the new list of books for next year’s competition, due to be published in just a few weeks!"

Our Secondary Battle of the Books students had a wonderful time today and put up a real challenge for the other teams. Librarian Ms Richardson said, "They enjoyed working together as a team, gathering with the other schools and competing against each other. They were impeccably behaved and I am extremely proud of them!"

Well done to both teams!
