Prior to joining Nord Anglia, Emma led the EYFS in a brand-new International School in Dubai. This role enabled Emma to develop outstanding pedagogy and practice in the Early Years. Before moving to Dubai, Emma led the EYFS and Key Stage 1 in a school in Warwickshire; this school became a model of good practice within the county.
Emma completed a Law Degree followed by an Early Years Specialist PGCE and has just been awarded a Certificate for Kindergarten Principals following a course at Hong Kong Baptist University. She is currently completing the National Professional Qualification for Headship.
Emma is passionate about the Early Years and all that it stands for: play based, practical, child led learning where children are free to explore and investigate. The children, their interests and their holistic development is at the heart of everything she does in school.
