2D Class Teacher

Mrs Mckeon arrived to Nord Anglia Hong Kong in 2019, having spent the previous 7 years teaching in the UK. She graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA Hons in Education before completing her PGCE at the University of Cumbria. From there, she began her teaching career in Greater Manchester for 2 years before moving to an Inner-city London school for 5 years, where she was appointed as English Lead.

Having had the experience of teaching across a range of year groups, Mrs Mckeon enjoys teaching all ages of the primary range. She is an extremely enthusiastic teacher and strongly believes that all children have the ability to achieve highly. Mrs Mckeon wholeheartedly loves her job and believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing children make progress and reach their full potential.

Mrs Mckeon considers herself an active and energetic person. Outside of school, she can often be found in the gym or hiking the beautiful trails in Hong Kong. She also thoroughly enjoys exploring coffee shops, restaurants, beaches and places with outstanding views, both here and when on holiday.
