3D Class Teacher

Claire graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA (Hons) Primary Education degree, with specialisms in Mathematics and History. For eight years, she taught in Nottinghamshire schools, specialising in Key Stage 2. During this time, Claire spent seven years in the role of PE Co-ordinator where she provided children with opportunities to participate in competitive sport and promoted a love of physical activity and healthy lifestyles. She particularly enjoyed coaching various school netball teams.

Claire is passionate about fostering in children a life-long love of learning through engaging and collaborative lessons that promote independence and ownership of learning. She believes in the importance of understanding our role as global citizens and caring for our environment, and these values underpin her teaching.

Outside of school, Claire loves to travel, meet new people and enjoys outdoor activities such as running, hiking and playing football. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time in the vibrant city of Hong Kong to date.
