Miss Man completed a Law degree from the University of Birmingham before gaining a TEFL certificate. This enabled her to teach English as a second language to students in both London and Bangkok. Eventually she returned to the UK, studying for her Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) at the University of Greenwich. Since qualifying as a primary teacher, Miss Man has taught in London and then at the British International School of Chicago for four years. She then moved to Nord Anglia International School of Hong Kong, where she is a Year 3 teacher.
Miss Man is passionate about providing differentiated and hands on learning that is fun and engaging. She is a firm believer in developing the whole child and preparing them as world citizens. This prompted her to take on the role of Global Campus Coordinator for the primary school.
Miss Man leads a very active lifestyle, participating in activities such as boxing, hiking and dragon boating. She is always looking for new challenges and is currently training for the national Great Britain Team Dragon Boating trials. When she is not outdoors, Miss Man enjoys cooking and travelling.
