Mr. Cadman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economic Development and Planning from Coventry University and PGCE(Primary) from the University of Wales. He has taught in every year group within the Primary phase over the course of his 25 year career. He has held the position of Deputy Headteacher at 2 Primary schools in Wales and obtained his National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) in 2006. Mr Cadman also has experience of leadership and management in the Local Authority as Head of Behaviour Support Service. Before joining Nord Anglia International School HK, he spent 2 years in China as the Senior Operations Coordinator of a large International School.
Mr. Cadman has always firmly believed in child centred learning to engage and support every pupil, no matter what their background or ability. He believes in developing the whole child and is passionate about the social and emotional wellbeing of the children, which prepares them for their learning journey ahead. His time spent in the classroom has always provided the most precious moments: supporting, nurturing and challenging every child to achieve their potential. He is very proud to be part of the dedicated teaching team here at NAISHK.
Mr. Cadman enjoys mountain biking and hiking through the beautiful countryside that Hong Kong has to offer, exploring the many trails and islands. He shares his love of the outdoors with his partner and two teenage daughters and they regularly seek out new adventures and places to set up camp.
