Mr. N. Day

Mr. N. Day

P.E. Teacher, Secondary PSCHE Co-ordinator, Caernarfon House Associate Tutor

Mr Day is a teacher of Physical Education and the Coordinator of PSHCE. He has extensive experience within his subject having taught KS1 through to KS5, IGCSE PE, GCSE, and BTEC courses. He has honed his pedagogical approach in primary and secondary school settings in the UK and Asia. 

Mr Day firmly believes in the importance of holistic education and how nurturing pupils through sport allows them to grow in confidence, learn how to communicate and function as part of a team, develop tenacity as individual sportspeople and foster the habits of a healthy lifestyle. 

Sporting achievements are powerful life lessons and pivotal moments in a child's school life. He encourages risk-taskers and nurtures ambition in all of his students.

Aside from participating in sporting competitions, Mr Day's aim is to help students learn in a fun and innovative ways. New technologies, different strategies, and healthy competition are the foundations of all his lessons whether they be face-to-face or virtual. 

Mr Day has a passion for all sports and coaches and plays in an amateur football team in Hong Kong. He also enjoys cycling, skiing, and hiking.
