Director of Drama & Performance, Windsor House Associate Tutor
Ms Francis holds a teaching degree from Chester University and is an experienced International Drama and Theatre teacher. Ms Francis is an experienced International Drama and Theatre teacher. She taught for five years in the UK and then began her International journey, taking up the Head of Drama role in another NAE school; The British International School in HCMC, Vietnam. She spent 10 years here developing both her teaching craft and her passion for the academic study of Theatre and Drama and has bought this same passion and dedication to NAIS HK where she is currently teaching and developing the current Drama programme as well as introducing the Juilliard Drama curriculum throughout the school.

Drama Teacher, Head of Windsor (Secondary)
Mrs Brown trained at the University of Strathclyde where she completed an Honours Degree in Community Arts . She then completed her PGCE in Secondary Drama Education. Mrs Brown taught in Scotland for 10 years before moving to teach internationally. She taught across a range of year groups including Key Stage 3, National and Higher.
Drama Teacher
Miss Skibsted trained at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire where she gained a Bachelor of Honours degree in Applied Theatre. She then completed her PGCE in Secondary Drama and English at the Institute of Education, UCL. Miss Skibsted has lived in Hong Kong for over 5 years, teaching Drama and English in local schools. Prior to teaching at NAIS, she also worked for a variety of theatre companies which brought drama projects, workshops and professional theatre shows to schools and theatres in Hong Kong. Miss Skibsted has performed professionally as a trained actress on stage in both the UK and in Hong Kong.
