Mr. Wong received his B.S.E. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.Phil. degree in electronic engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After that, he has worked on building heart rate detection integrated circuits (predecessor of Fitbit) for ten years. He has seen the relevance of math concepts in various settings and is passionate about applying them in everyday life. He has decided to pass that passion onto the younger generation and completed his PGDE at the University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Wong has worked in both local and international schools for the past few years and is an advocate of integrative learning. He believes that concepts learned in classroom should be applied whenever possible. He is also interested in designing learning platforms and tools that enhance students’ experiences.
When he is not busy with platform design, gadget fixing or tinkering, Mr. Wong enjoys reading to his daughters, playing board games, and spending time with family and friends.
