Mr. P. Kilgallon
Philip Kilgallon has been teaching for 11 years in the UK, Thailand and Hong Kong. He has been with Nord Anglia Education for 6 years. He has been a Head of Year, Acting Head of Department and is currently a Head of House. He has taught students from all over the world from Year 3 to Year 13 and has taught A Levels, GCSEs, IB and IGCSEs in Spanish. He received his degree in Spanish and Music from the University of Liverpool and his Modern Foreign Languages PGCE from John Moore’s University. He has a Masters degree in Leadership from Chester University.
He would like to think his students would say he was energetic, supportive, a good teacher, and above all a positive influence on them.
He is a huge fan of all sports, especially football as he is from Liverpool, so he obviously supports Everton. He loves water-based and sky-based activities; such as bungee jumping, sky-diving, snorkeling and diving. He also loves music festivals and has been to many in; England, Spain, Holland, Hungary, Serbia, Hong Kong and Thailand.
