His philosophy of education is founded on the beliefs that every student can achieve their potential given the requisite time, motivation and support and that great schools arise from a commitment from every student, teacher and leader to be better tomorrow than they are today.
Christopher has a degree in Mathematics and Sports Science from the University of Birmingham and a Masters in Educational Leadership. He is a facilitator and assessor for the National Professional Qualification for Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Middle Leaders, working with the Institute of Education in the UK.
